The Middle School is proud to present, just in time for the Halloween season, In a Grove: Four Japanese Ghost Stories. Ms. Kelly has assembled a cast of 20 performers as well as a technical and backstage crew from the 7th and 8th grades. Volunteers from the 6th grade will serve as ushers.
Ms. Kelly’s Stagecraft students have researched the Edo Period and have created sets and props for the actors and koken (black-garbed manipulators) to use. Expect to hear the sounds of koto and shakuhachi as you enter the theatre, and enjoy themed treats and beverages, each priced at $1.
This full-length play (with one intermission) is family friendly, sometimes chilling and often hilarious.
