Spartans place 3rd at HHSAA State Soccer Tournament
The Seabury Hall boys soccer team finished third in Division II. The Maui Interscholastic League Division II champion Spartans won the third-place match 2-0 over Island School. Elima Dagan scored in the 48th minute and James Haynes added a goal in the 56th for Seabury (5-8-0).
Haynes and teammate Duke Romanchak were named to the D-II all-tournament team. The Spartans’ dynamic duo last week signed on to continue their careers together at Cal Poly Humboldt.
