TEDx is an independently organized and student-led TED event that will showcase students from around Maui county. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. This yearʻs theme, "Resilient Roots," serves as a metaphor for enduring strength and adaptability and reflects our commitment to nurturing a community that can withstand challenges, adapt to change, and flourish in the face of adversity. "Resilient Roots" draws strength from our foundational values, shared history, and collective hopes for the future. It celebrates the power of resilience as a tool for growth and innovation.
