Director of School Facilities and Expansion
This full-time 12 month position is responsible to ensure the quality and safety of the physical plant and grounds in support of both short-term and long-term needs of Seabury Hall. In addition, the Director is responsible for managing all projects with detailed oversight, coordination with consultants and outside contractors, permitting, bidding, and construction with a focus on the campus Master Plan. 

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • The ability to multitask, budget and manage construction projects
  • Experience in managing through technology including Microsoft and Google applications, and spreadsheets (Sheets/Excel)
  • Budgeting, planning, bid and contract procurement management, permitting and project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five years construction or project management experience in Hawaii

English Instructor (Grades 6 & 7)
Seabury Hall is seeking a full-time English Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  The position includes teaching a full load of classes, ranging in grades 6-7. An ideal candidate would have an advanced degree, several years of experience teaching English, and a strong interest in working with students outside of the classroom.

Science Instructor (Grades 6 & 7)
Seabury Hall is seeking a full-time science instructor for the 2025-2026 school year.  The position includes teaching a full load of classes, ranging in grades 6-7.   An ideal candidate would have an advanced degree, substantial teaching experience teaching science mandatory and a strong interest in working with students outside of the classroom.

Science Instructor (Grades 7-12)
Seabury Hall is seeking a full-time science instructor for the 2025-2026 school year.  The position includes teaching a full load of classes, ranging in grades 7-12 with possible courses ranging in MS Science, Chemistry (PreAP and/or AP level), and Anatomy & Physiology.  An ideal candidate would have an advanced degree, substantial experience teaching science is mandatory, and a strong interest in working with students outside of the classroom.

Campus Safety and School Security Guard
Seabury Hall is seeking a responsible, dedicated, and proactive individual to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, secure, welcoming, and well-organized environment for students, staff, and visitors. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain a consistent awareness of who is on campus at all times by monitoring and documenting all visitor activity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with visitors, parents, students, and staff. Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems and the ability to collaborate effectively are also key attributes for this position. 

Interested candidates must hold CPR and First Aid Certification and have completed a School Security Safety course as provided by the County of Maui. Experience in safety and security, particularly in a school environment, is highly preferred. Prior experience working with children and teens is mandatory.
