Head Coach (part-time)
Seabury Hall is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach to lead and oversee the following program:
As the head coach you will play a crucial role in developing the athletic skills, character, and teamwork of our student-athletes and incorporate our EPIC Values of Seabury Hall (Empowerment, Passion, Integrity, Curiosity). The athletics department is looking for an individual who is passionate about coaching and dedicated to the holistic development of our student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership

Develop and implement an overall coaching program that fosters growth and success

Provide strategic direction, planning and mission for the respective sports program

Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance standards

Collaborate with the Athletic Director, and other coaches to ensure seamless operation of the athletic department
Coaching & Skill Development
-
Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices, drills and training sessions to enhance skills, technique and fitness for our student-athletes

Provide instruction focusing on skill development, game strategy, and sportsmanship

Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes Seabury Halls EPIC values (Empowerment, Passion, Integrity, Curiosity)

Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential and encourage their personal growth on and off the playing fields.

Game & Competition Management

Develop effective game strategies and ensure preparedness for competitions

Attend all practices, games, meets (work hours Monday- Friday 4-6pm, competition days during the week & weekends with possible travel to the HHSAA state tournament)

Coordinate team travel

Communicate with the opposing coaches, officials, and parents to ensure smooth operations during competitions

Substitute Teacher (On-Call)
Seabury Hall is seeking qualified candidates for the Substitute Teacher pool for the 2023-2024 school year. The ideal candidate will be a competent professional with an interest in education, have a passion for working with students, and be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Adhere to the lesson plans assigned by the regular teacher
- Follow procedures and achieve lesson goals
- Assign and explain homework
- Comply with all school regulations and policies at all times
- Take attendance

Food Service
Responsibilities:
● Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
● Check food and ingredients for freshness.
● Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
● Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
● Food service setup, break down, serving, and dish washing.
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Prior experience in related food service and food preparation positions.
● Experience with hot and cold food preparation.
● Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
● Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
● Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
● Able to stand/walk for 7 to 8 hours per day
● Able to lift 50lbs or more.

Landscaping Staff Responsibilities
• The cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds.
Requirements
• The applicant must be experienced and familiar with the use of landscaping equipment.
• The applicant can perform minor repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment.
• Position requires the application of pesticides and fertilizers.
• Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform manual labor outdoors.
