Full-time Mathematics Instructor (Grades 6-8)
Seabury Hall is seeking an engaging and student-centered Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026 to 2027 academic year. This role is designed for an educator passionate about problem-based instruction and helping students develop deep conceptual understanding and confidence. The position would potentially include teaching courses such as grades 6 through 8 mathematics and Algebra I, specifically utilizing the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum framework. A successful candidate will possess the pedagogical versatility to differentiate instruction for a range of learners and foster mathematical reasoning through collaboration and multiple representations.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in mathematics or mathematics education and bring proven classroom experience, demonstrating a mastery of their subject matter and a gift for creating a classroom culture that supports curiosity, persistence, and productive struggle. Full-time Mathematics Instructor (Grades 9-12)
Seabury Hall is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is designed for an educator passionate about conceptual mathematics instruction and problem-based learning. The position would potentially include teaching courses such as Algebra II, Precalculus, and Statistics (including AP Statistics) and Introductory Calculus. 

The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree and bring several years of proven classroom experience, demonstrating a mastery of their subject matter and a gift for making complex concepts accessible through student discourse and real-world applications. 

We are looking for an educator who thrives in a high-engagement atmosphere, ideally with experience in IM or CPM-style instruction. We prioritize applicants who are excited to participate wholeheartedly in student life and extracurricular activities.

Full-time Administrative Assistant
Seabury Hall is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to join our vibrant team as Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time 12-month position effective July 1, 2026.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional presence in the office, managing inquiries from parents, students, and visitors with school-specific knowledge.
  • Utilize school information systems and modern tools (Google Workspace, Blackbaud, or similar) to manage student records, attendance, and internal communications.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of campus traditions and events.
  • Understand the unique rhythm of an independent school, the peak seasons, the importance of confidentiality, and the need for an "all hands on deck" mentality.
  • Have a  deep appreciation for the Maui community and the ability to represent Seabury Hall’s values both on and off campus.
Salary: $42,000 - $55,000/year commensurate with experience.

Head Coach: Varsity Girls Basketball (Seasonal)
Seabury Hall is seeking a dedicated, organized, and student-centered Head Coach to serve as the Head Coach for the Girls Varsity Basketball Program for the 2026–2027 Winter athletic season. The program competes in the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) and is committed to building a competitive varsity culture centered around Leadership, Teamwork, and Commitment, to create a Seabury Hall and athletic excellence.

The winter season officially begins November 1, 2026 and runs through early/mid-February 2027, depending on postseason qualification and participation in the Hawaii High School Athletic Association State Championships.
