Message for Registered Guest

We are excited to welcome you to the Seabury Pāʻina, celebrating 60 years of Seabury Hall, this Saturday, October 19th, at our Makawao campus at 480 Olinda Rd. Below are important details to help you prepare for the evening.

Parking

Please enter through the gates on Olinda Rd and park in the upper parking lot. Parking guides will be available to help you find a space. You may drop off kūpuna or guests needing more assistance in the drop-off circle. Golf carts will be available to drive guests to the party.

Event Check-In

Guest check-in opens at 4:30pm. Upon check-in, you will receive your table location, bidder number, and two drink tickets per guest. You will also be asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file for the Live Auction, Raise the Paddle, and additional drink purchases.

Bring your ID

Per Maui County Liquor Control Department rules, please be prepared to show a photo ID even if you don’t plan to drink. Mahalo for spreading the word to other guests and helping us comply with LC rules. We anticipate the LC will be at Pāʻina to inspect the event.

Pre-Register

Call us at (808) 572-7235 on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday to pre-register with a Pāʻina team member so you can shorten the check-in process and get to the party.

Attire

We encourage you to wear your best aloha attire. The event takes place on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly. We also recommend a jacket for the cool upcountry evening
